                    Minimum requirements for IFMS
System Requirements
· Computer/Processor: 500 MHz processor (Recommended configuration is a Pentium III processor and 512
megabytes (MB) of RAM)
· Operating System: Windows XP/2000 or higher
· Memory: Minimum 256 MB of RAM
· Display: Super VGA (1024 x 768) or higher-resolution monitor with 256 colors
· Peripherals: Modem/Router, mouse & keyboard
Internet Connection requirements
An Internet connection of minimum 256 KBPS is required for optimal performance. The recommended speed is 512
KBPS. However, the performance may vary depending upon the number of PC’s connected in a local area connection
(LAN).
Browser Requirements
The application is optimised to work on Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher.
Common Problems
1) I have added new record but I am not able to view it.
Ans: This may occur due to the website being loaded from the browser cache. In such cases, kindly the check the
version of your browser by following the following steps :-
1) Run Internet Explorer by choosing "Internet Explorer" from the Windows Start menu or clicking the IE
shortcut from your desktop, if available.
2) Click "Help" to access IE's Help menu. Some later versions of IE don't display a menu bar by default. If
you don't see a "Help" menu bar option near the top of the browser window, press "Alt-H," which
displays the menu bar and simultaneously brings up the Help menu.
3) Choose "About Internet Explorer" from the Help menu.
4) View the version, which is displayed in a new window. The logo will show the general version you're
running.
Please follow steps given below for the respective version of Internet Explorer on your machine.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools in the left menu bar (if opened) or click on the Gear icon in the right toolbar.
3. Click Internet Options and choose the General tab.
4. Click the Delete... button under the "Browsing History" section.
5. Make sure you uncheck "Preserve Favorites Website Data" at the top of this window.
6. Make sure you check all options below "Preserve Favorites Website Data".
7. Click the Delete button.
- Deleting files could take awhile if you have a lot of files and history.
8. Click OK to close window.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools in the left menu bar (if opened) or click on Tools in the lower right menu bar.
3. Click Internet Options and choose the General tab.
4. Click the Delete... button under the "Browsing History" section.
5. Make sure you uncheck "Preserve Favorites Website Data" at the top of this window.
6. Make sure you check all options below "Preserve Favorites Website Data".
7. Click the Delete button.

8. Click OK to close window.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools in the upper toolbar or click on the Tools icon.
3. Click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
4. Click the General tab
5. Click Delete under "Browsing History".
6. Click Delete Files under "Temporary Internet Files".
7. Click Yes on the Delete Files dialog box.
8. Click Close and then OK.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools in the upper toolbar.
3. Click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
4. Click the General tab
5. Click Delete Files under "Temporary Internet Files".
6. Check Delete all offline content.
7. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
8. Click Apply and then OK.
